Privacy Policy

Solutions Techno-Rédac inc. protects your personal information in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and PIPEDA.

Information collected

• Account: email address, channel name, password (stored only as a PBKDF2 hash, never in clear).
• Broadcasting: your VPULS3 stream key and configured destinations; your platforms' keys are encrypted (AES-GCM) and never shown in clear again.
• Linked accounts: Twitch or VPZONE user ID and username. OAuth tokens are used only during linking and are not stored.
• Technical: streaming statistics (bitrate, output state), security logs.

Use

• Providing the service: receiving and relaying your stream, showing your dashboard.
• Security: preventing fraud and abuse, enforcing the terms of service.
• We do not sell your information and do not show targeted advertising.

Video

Your stream is relayed in real time and is not recorded by VPULS3. Only a few seconds are buffered in memory for your dashboard preview.

Hosting and processors

Website and database: Cloudflare, Inc. Streaming servers: infrastructure in Canada. Some data may transit outside Québec; we make sure it remains adequately protected.

Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of account closure, unless we are legally required to keep it (for example after a report to the authorities).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and withdraw consent, by emailing support@vpuls3.tv. VPULS3 uses a single essential cookie to keep you signed in, and browser local storage for your preferences (language, theme). No advertising or tracking cookies.
