Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VPULS3 (vpuls3.tv), a live multistreaming service published by Solutions Techno-Rédac inc., a VPZONE.TV creation. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

VPULS3 receives your video stream (RTMP, SRT or from Twitch) and relays it, unmodified, to the destinations you configure (VPZONE, YouTube, Kick, etc.). The service is currently offered as a free beta; features and pricing may change.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13, or the minimum age required by the platforms you stream to, and follow those platforms' rules.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and stream key confidential. Any broadcast made with your key is deemed made by you.
  • You may only link accounts (Twitch, VPZONE…) that you own or are authorized to use.

3. Strictly prohibited content

You are solely responsible for what you broadcast. The following is strictly prohibited on VPULS3, without exception:

  • Any pornographic or sexually explicit content, including sexual nudity.
  • Any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors. Zero tolerance: the account is closed immediately, the content is preserved as evidence and reported to the competent authorities (Cybertip.ca, Canadian Centre for Child Protection, RCMP, NCMEC, police).
  • Illegal content, real-world violence or incitement to violence, terrorism, hate or harassment targeting a person or group.
  • Broadcasting content you don't hold the rights to (movies, sports, shows, copyrighted music…) or restreaming someone else's channel without permission.
  • Scams, phishing, malware and any attempt to bypass the service's security or limits.

4. Reporting and moderation

To report content: abuse@vpuls3.tv. We may, without notice, cut a broadcast, suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law, and cooperate with authorities where required by law.

5. Third-party platforms

Each destination platform (VPZONE, Twitch, YouTube, Kick, X…) applies its own terms, which you must follow. VPULS3 is not affiliated with these platforms, except VPZONE.TV, and is not responsible for their decisions (rejected stream, sanction, removal).

6. Availability and capacity

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guarantee. To protect service quality, sign-ups or new streams may be temporarily refused when our servers reach capacity.

7. Plans and billing

During the beta the service is free. Paid plans (Essential, Streamer) and any VPZONE-related benefits (for example for VPZ+ members) will be described on the Pricing page. Nothing will be charged without your prior consent.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Solutions Techno-Rédac inc. is not liable for indirect losses (lost audience, revenue or data) resulting from an interruption of the service or a third-party platform. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Québec's Consumer Protection Act.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@vpuls3.tv.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of the judicial district of Québec have jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights.
